Responsibilities under a supervisor • Take ownership of multiple projects, while supporting senior staff • Help create and establish an interior design vision for new projects • Translate the vision into a design concept through mood boards, sketches, floor plans, 3D models, elevations, renderings, etc. • Create high quality 3D renderings utilizing the latest software technologies • Document the design in the DD and CD phase in Revit by generating floor plans, elevations, millwork drawings and wall sections with guidance from design directors and the architecture team. • Strong organizational skills and efficient in producing the work • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail oriented with a commitment to design excellence • Experience with communicating and presenting to clients is a plus • Confidence and desire to take ownership of projects • Positive and open, collaborative team player • Will prioritize project deliverables to ensure we execute on time • The ability to partner with the design director and project manager to estimate the effort required for the scope of work and budget
