Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture • (3-10) years of interior design lead experience in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects • Strong AutoCAD proficiency with knowledge of Revit desirable • 3d experience with Sketch Up, Rhino, Enscape and/or Lumion • Strong presentation skills using 3d software, Adobe Suite, and/or hand sketches • Must be able to demonstrate strong detailing skills and understanding of interior design • Organized in all facets of the job to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects • Experience in sourcing and specifying Finishes / Materials • Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail • Professional registration and/or NCIDQ certification preferred This is a full-time position with a competitive salary along with great projects. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to work FT in our Las Vegas office.

Our Las Vegas studio is seeking an Interior Designer that has well versed experience in the FF&E design, specification, and installation process along with a strong design sensibility. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, entrepreneurial-spirited, and a well-rounded designer. The position entails project management in all project phases from concept through installation... including vendor communication and procurement. The Designer should be knowledgeable of selecting appropriate FF&E, while working on diverse project types along with technical knowledge of construction documents, plans, elevations, and detailing. This individual must possess a strong ability to work on several phases of projects at the same time with a positive, collaborative, and problem-solving attitude.
