Key Responsibilities: Support Principal Designers in executing high-end design projects from concept through completion Create and update floor plans, elevations, millwork drawings, and construction documents Prepare design specifications and technical documentation Attend client, site, and vendor meetings to take notes, manage follow-ups, and support next steps Assist with pricing, sourcing, quoting, and proposal development Help manage installation timelines and coordinate deliveries with the Studio Manager Conduct site visits to measure and photograph existing spaces Source furnishings, fabrics, finishes, fixtures, and other design materials Help prepare for client presentations and communicate design concepts clearly Maintain and organize client binders, samples, project files, and documentation Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and trades to ensure smooth project execution Anticipate roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project momentum Support general office tasks, errands, and team needs as required Desired Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of high-end residential design, detailing, and sourcing Proficiency in space planning and technical documentation Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills A self-starter with strong follow-through and the ability to anticipate next steps Appreciation for thoughtful, timeless design and refined detailing Positive, team-oriented attitude with a solutions-focused mindset

We are interested in proactive and organized candidates with an eye for detail and strong understanding of high-end design. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who keeps projects on track by anticipating the next steps and proactively addressing challenges. As a junior designer, you will be involved in every stage of the design process and assist with managing the technical, creative, and administrative processes under the guidance and creative direction of the principal designers. We aim to train you to grow in proficiency and confidence so you can eventually transition into a senior designer role and work directly alongside principal designers on projects.
