This role provides a well-rounded experience across all phases of a project. 5–7 years of interior design experience Professional degree in Interior Design or related field Strong Revit proficiency Ability to develop initial design concepts independently Demonstrated experience contributing to project delivery across multiple phases Experience developing finish palettes and interior design packages Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Strong communication skills, both visual and verbal We structure compensation with a lower base and paid overtime so team members are compensated fairly for the actual time they invest.
