The Design Manager is responsible for bringing our customers’ visions to life by recommending finish materials and products that matches our customer’s style and budget, overseeing and directly managing 3-d renderings adjustments and specification sheet creations, and finalizing sales of all finish materials and supplemental labor if needed for our projects before coordinating with the Distribution division on order processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. • Facilitation of Fulfillment Finish Consultation meetings with customers, finish material selection, creation of finish material estimates to include shipping, handling and additional labor as needed and adjustment of 3-d renderings to create an accurate depiction of the proposed after product, either directly or through subordinates. • Optimization of finish material samples layout within the kitchen and bath showroom area of Palmetto Renovations of Columbia, Inc. in cooperation with the Sales department.
