The designer will select furnishings and decor, procure, and execute design projects from start to finish. • Consult with clients to understand their vision and goals for their home and align on the project scope, investment required and timeline • Integrate findings with knowledge of interior design and formulate a customized floor plan that is practical, esthetic, and conducive to intended purposes including customer preferences and needs • Effectively articulate design vision and concepts to key project contacts and deliver interior design selections for customer approval with confident presentation skills • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs • Walk the sales floor regularly, work with the store leadership and store associates on a weekly basis in order to maintain the visual presentation and integrity of the store • Greet and assist customers in the store
