Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an Interior Design and Closet Planning Coordinator for our Cincinnati office The Interior Design & Closet Planning Coordinator is a key member of the Single-Family Marketing team, responsible for designing elegant, functional closet systems that enhance the beauty and organization of residential spaces. Collaborate with builders to understand their design needs and provide expert guidance on closet layouts, materials, and finishes. Maintain strong builder relationships through regular follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and up-to-date floor plans and support materials. Experience: 2+ years in interior design, space planning, or a related role in the home design or construction industry.

Builder & Dealer Collaboration • Serve as a design liaison for builders, general contractors, and dealers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. External Relations & Builder Engagement • Collaborate with builders to understand their design needs and provide expert guidance on closet layouts, materials, and finishes. • Facilitate onboarding and training for builder sales and design teams on Closet Selector tools and processes.
