They will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, including conceptualization, schematic design, and construction documentation.

Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interior Designer to join our team as a Lead Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential design projects on time and within budget. As a Lead Interior Designer, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential construction projects simultaneously, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success, and developing and implementing comprehensive design plans and specifications. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field • 5-7 years of experience in residential design and construction • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent communication and project management skills
