Interior Design Manager

Job Overview Morrison Interiors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team as a Lead Interior Designer. This role involves managing residential construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in residential design and construction, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, including conceptualization, schematic design, and construction documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success • Develop and implement comprehensive design plans and specifications • Oversee the creation of construction documents, including elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and finish schedules • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field • 5-7 years of experience in residential design and construction • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software • Excellent communication and project management skills
