Purchasing Agent / Administrative Support for Interior Design Projects

We are seeking a highly organized Purchasing Agent & Administrative Support professional to assist our Interior Design team in the delivery of temple projects for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The primary focus of this position is temple-related FFE support; however, you may also contribute to furniture specification and procurement tasks on other project types—including Higher Education, Commercial, and Civic work—based on project needs and your interest or availability. In this position you will support designers by managing procurement logistics and administrative tasks, including acquiring pricing and quotes, coordinating samples and shipping, tracking product approvals, and maintaining digital archives. Preferred Skills • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support in a design or architecture setting.
