Oversee, manage, and mentor the interior design team.Handle administrative duties related to performance evaluations and setting professional growth goals for employees.Engage in business development initiatives.Manage interior design projects, including budgets, invoicing, and timelines.Lead local, state, federal, and aviation projects nationwide, including project deliverables such as reports, studies, specifications, and construction documents.Conduct quality control reviews.Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Architecture Business Unit Leader.Travel is expected at approximately 30%, and a valid driver’s license is required. The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, interior architecture, or interior design from a CIDA, NAAB, or similar accredited university. The ideal candidate will have any/all the following: • Previous related internship experience in interior design • Experience with design for commercial, aviation, institutional, governmental and/or public space projects • Strong proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite • Experience assisting in the development of interiors projects from programming to completion.
