Interior Designer – Immediate Hire

Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning layouts, creating construction drawings, selecting and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects and contractors. Qualifications • Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design • Experience with Architecture and creating Construction Drawings • Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) • Excellent project management and client communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred, but not required • Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) is a plus • Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) is advantageous What You’ll Do: • Collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative, functional design concepts • Produce design presentations, material selections, and detailed drawings • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met • Source products, finishes, and furnishings that align with project goals • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service At MBM Design, we pride ourselves on creating spaces that inspire and elevate everyday living.
