Project Coordinator - Facility Design and Construction Team

• Position Summary • This position plays a vital role within Design & Construction by championing MaineHealth's design standards, tailoring conceptual ideas to individual healthcare programs, and working with stakeholders to find creative solutions to their space needs. Responsibilities include: conducting test fits to determine design viability, selecting art and furniture, overseeing signage... and providing guidance to sub-contractors and vendors. This position works closely with architects and interior designers hired by MaineHealth and periodically supports the facility planner by updating REVIT files and facilitating moves across multiple campuses. • License/Certifications: NCIDQ preferred • Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in healthcare design, planning, construction and operations. • Must be fluent in AutoCAD/REVIT and proficient in healthcare programming and functional design.
