Administrative Assistant – Operations Support
Luna Beach Interiors is looking for an Administrative Assistant with strong organizational and operations skills. • Communicate clearly with the team regarding item movement and location changes – ensuring updates are made systematically as well. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of experience in office administration, operations, or inventory management. • Strong computer skills are required • Able to lift and move furniture safely and efficiently in order to handle inventory cycle counts. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Familiarity with tagging tools or mobile inventory devices (training provided) • Experience with Sortly and Furniture Wizard preferred • Dependable and proactive, with the ability to support both office and warehouse teams
