Job Summary: Luna Beach Interiors is looking for an Administrative Assistant with strong organizational and operations skills. This role blends administrative duties with inventory coordination, helping to ensure accurate tracking of furniture and accessories across our warehouses and projects. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys office work but is also comfortable managing systems and supporting hands-on operations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Handling & Organization • Provide administrative support including recordkeeping, invoicing, and project documentation. • Manage digital inventory systems (Sortly and Furniture Wizard) and log all item movement. • Perform regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely staging, pulls, and returns. • Communicate inventory status and updates to the Director of Operations and design staff. • Assist with preparing monthly customer storage invoices. Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure correct items are available, prepped and staged on time. • Communicate clearly with the team regarding item movement and location changes – ensuring updates are made systematically as well. • Handle all inventory items with care to protect condition and resale value. Qualifications: • 2-3 years of experience in office administration, operations, or inventory management. • Strong computer skills are required • Able to lift and move furniture safely and efficiently in order to handle inventory cycle counts. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Familiarity with tagging tools or mobile inventory devices (training provided) • Experience with Sortly and Furniture Wizard preferred • Dependable and proactive, with the ability to support both office and warehouse teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
