Experience • 2+ years of experience in a similar project coordination or administrative role, ideally within an interior design or architecture firm. Strong follow-up skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams, with clients, and with vendors. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting a positive client experience. While collaboration with the design team will occur, this role is independent of the design career track and will not transition into a design-focused position.

Identify errors or discrepancies in orders and follow up on solutions with vendors. Skills Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Physical Demand Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a computer workstation. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
