The Office Management/Bookkeeping duties include: • Working with the daily operation of the office • Checking in product • Processing returns, refunds, and exchanges • Ordering office supplies • Tracking orders • Scheduling deliveries • Helping the office to run smoothly • Some basic filing is required • Strong understanding of bookkeeping using Quickbooks desktop is a must • You will need to be intuitive and have great deductive reasoning skills. • Working with interior design means no two jobs are the same. • Flexible schedule • This is an in person position

Do returns and pick product for interior design and remodeling projects experience with 2020 software a plus, and a readiness to learn 3-5 years experience in the interior design field.
