About this role

Office Manager/Bookkeeper- We are looking for a positive person, with a great customer service attitude that they bring to work everyday. We are a high end interior design firm looking for a dynamic person to join our team. This is a fast paced energetic office. The Office Management/Bookkeeping duties include: • Working with the daily operation of the office • Checking in product • Processing returns, refunds, and exchanges • Ordering office supplies • Tracking orders • Scheduling deliveries • Helping the office to run smoothly • Some basic filing is required • Strong understanding of bookkeeping using Quickbooks desktop is a must What You Bring to the Table: • A can-do attitude and the interest to jump in and help when needed is very important. • You will need to be intuitive and have great deductive reasoning skills. • Proficient at QuickBooks desktop with at least 2 years experience • Great self starter and be able to pick up a new software system rapidly. Bonus Points: • Strong understanding of remodeling and interior design is a big plus. What We Provide: • This position is 10-14 hours a week, but could grow into more depending on your skill set! • Working with interior design means no two jobs are the same. • Flexible schedule • This is an in person position Work Remotely • No Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
