Position: Part-Time Interior Design Assistant We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Part-Time Interior Design Assistant to support our design studio with both creative and operational tasks. As a Design Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Principal Designer and design team to help execute client projects from concept to installation — ensuring every detail of the client experience feels seamless, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. • Assist with creating and organizing client bins and sample kits Project Management & Coordination • Assist with project documentation, budgeting, and timelines • Help coordinate with trades, contractors, and warehouse teams • Help oversee warehouse deliveries, quality checks, and installation prep • Maintain the install kit and assist with on-site installations and styling days • Support occasional project purchasing as directed by the design or procurement team
