Home Stager/Interior Stylist

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for designers who are passionate about staging and excited to work in a collaborative, creative environment. Time is spent both planning staging projects in the warehouse and installing and styling homes in the field. Designers on our team collaborate on the creative direction of each staging project from the initial home preview through the final install. Home Stager Designer

Little training is offered and you need to have the qualifications to be able to design/stage on your own as part of our company team. This is a Full to Part Time job opportunity. Responsibilities • Collaborate with team and create a cohesive style for each home • Conduct thorough assessments of properties to determine the best staging strategies • Create and implement staging plans that highlight the property's key features and maximize its appeal • Select and arrange furniture, artwork, accessories, and lighting to create an inviting and cohesive look • Oversee the installation and setup of staging elements in a timely manner • Ensure that all staging materials are properly maintained and stored when not in use • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and incorporate them into staging projects • Participates physically in all matters of staging and destaging a home. Pack & unpack inventory, organize, lift & carry inventory, design and install Staging at home • Clean up after the stage & destage • Vacuuming/swiffering/dusting/cleaning/glass/mirrors/steaming beds • Restock, unpack boxes, clean & organize inventory at the warehouse in an efficient, timely manner • Responsibility of maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
