We are looking for talented Home Stagers and Interior Stylists who can confidently step into projects and help create stunning interiors that elevate each home and attract buyers. About Us We are a fast paced luxury home staging company based in Kirkland, proudly serving the Eastside and Greater Seattle area. Our team specializes in creating elevated, cohesive spaces that help homes stand out in the market. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for designers who are passionate about staging and excited to work in a collaborative, creative environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and prefers an active day over sitting at a desk. This is not a desk position. Time is spent both planning staging projects in the warehouse and installing and styling homes in the field. Important: This position requires prior staging or interior design experience. Minimal training is provided, so candidates must be comfortable designing and staging independently while collaborating with the team. Creative Role & Project Ownership Designers on our team collaborate on the creative direction of each staging project from the initial home preview through the final install. This includes previewing homes, walking properties with the team, discussing design direction, measuring rooms, and planning furniture layouts before staging day. Our designers rotate creative leadership depending on the project. Some days you may help lead the layout and design direction, while other days you may support another designer’s vision. Regardless of the role for that project, all team members are equally involved in the hands on work of staging. This includes pulling art, accessories, pillows, bedding, and décor from the warehouse, installing and styling rooms, and ensuring the final space feels cohesive, elevated, and market ready. Designers in this role should have a strong understanding of scale, proportion, layout, and flow, and be able to make thoughtful styling decisions that enhance the home and appeal to the target buyer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and hands on aspects of design and takes pride in transforming spaces into beautiful, photo ready homes. Important: Home staging is fast paced and physically active. Designers are involved in both the creative planning and the physical installation of every project. Minimal training is provided, so candidates must be comfortable designing and staging independently while collaborating with the team. Schedule & Hours Full Time Role. Monday through Friday 7:00 AM start time Hours vary depending on staging projects. Slow season approximately 30 to 40 hours per week. Busy season approximately 35 to 50 hours per week, often extending past 3:00 PM and sometimes until 4:00 to 6:00 PM What You Will Do Lead staging projects by selecting art, accessories, pillows, bedding, lamps, and décor items Create functional and beautiful layouts that appeal to the target buyer and enhance each home’s architecture Preview homes and measure rooms to plan staging layouts Unpack, install, and style staging items in homes efficiently and with attention to detail Hang artwork professionally and safely Layer accessories, textiles, and artwork to complete a cohesive design Clean up and organize at the end of each staging project Assist with staging preparation in the warehouse including selecting inventory, organizing items by room, and preparing staging pulls Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse Collaborate with designers and team members to achieve staging goals Use Google Drive to review inventory lists, staging plans, and client information Communicate professionally with homeowners, real estate agents, and clients when on site Handle décor and artwork with care and attention to detail Who We Are Looking For At least 1 year of home staging or interior design experience required Interior design education preferred Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layout, scale, and color coordination Detail oriented with a polished design approach High energy with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Team oriented with excellent communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor when working in client homes Ability to receive and implement design feedback professionally Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Comfortable adapting to schedule changes in a fast paced environment Must speak and understand English clearly Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes Must be able to start work at 7:00 AM and work later on longer staging days Physically active role requiring frequent movement, walking stairs, and lifting décor and staging items Must be able to safely lift and carry items up to 30 pounds. Larger furniture pieces are handled by professional movers Punctual, reliable, and consistent with attendance Comfortable using Google Drive, email, and mobile devices for schedules, inventory, and team communication Application Requirements We want to see both your talent and your personality.
