We are seeking an Interior designer with experience in the Hospitality market. Understand scale of space as it relates to the interior experience with consideration of space planning, materials, colors, ease of use, fit, cost, and practicality Develop design by maintaining project intent within budget, time and feasibility considerations Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, presentations and budgets Develop FF&E aesthetic, FF&E budgets and produce Specifications Ability to communicate project development with Client and provide alternate design elements to meet Client expectations to obtain approval of design Understands design process and timelines for completion of work with high level of quality in relation to time and budget constraints Takes responsibility for work, taking notes, asking questions and checking work Develop, motivate and mentor others Takes initiative in professional development.
