In this leadership role, you will guide the design process from concept through installation, ensuring each project reflects our design philosophy, meets client objectives, and aligns with sales strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and support a team of interior designers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.Manage workload distribution, quality assurance, and performance evaluations.Cultivate a design culture grounded in innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability.Design ManagementOversee the development of workplace solutions using CET Designer, AutoCAD, and other visualization tools.Ensure all design proposals are accurate, functional, and aligned with client goals and building constraints.Maintain expert knowledge of MillerKnoll product lines (Herman Miller, Knoll, Geiger, etc.) Working ConditionsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break).Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote per week.Occasional travel for client meetings, MillerKnoll training, or manufacturer events.Fast-paced, collaborative dealership environment with multiple concurrent projects.
