Reporting to the creative director, this position requires attention to detail, organization, and technical experience. Candidate should be comfortable with all phases of a project from schematic design to construction administration. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : RESPONSABILITIES : • Produce technical and construction documentation (plans, elevations, architectural/millwork details) that illustrate the design intent and use of materials for residential projects • Oversee and redlines outsourced interior drafting set when applicable • Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction • Review shop drawings • Work closely with internal interior design team to achieve documentation milestones. • Coordinate with... architects ( internal or external), consultants, contractors, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives • Interface directly with clients to facilitate the project objectives
