JOB DESCRIPTION: Under the direction of the creative director, the applicant will be responsible for overseeing design and project management. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and follow through. Candidate should be comfortable with all phases of a project from schematic design to construction administration. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the... following: ● Overseeing all phases of multiple design projects from design development, through construction administration and on-site installations ● Produce furniture floor plans, elevations using AutoCAD ● Coordinating & attending client meetings ● Preparing client presentations & proposals ● Processing and tracking orders ● Coordinate with work rooms ● Produce and review custom furniture drawings ● Researching & sourcing items such as furniture, fabrics, accessories, finishes, lighting, etc. ● Sourcing materials Salary commensurate with experience.
