Qualifications • Strong skills in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings • Expertise in interior design, including conceptualization and material selection • Experience with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and procurement • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software • Excellent eye for detail and ability to create cohesive design schemes • Strong project management skills, including budgeting and time management • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration • Ability to work creatively and independently, as well as in a team environment • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • Membership in professional design organizations is a plus
