Hearthstone Luxury Homes

This position involves working closely with our clients to understand their vision and preferences, and then using your knowledge of interior design principles to bring their dream home to life. You will have the opportunity to work on high-end custom homes, selecting all interior finishes, including cabinetry, countertops, tile, paint, flooring, lighting, built-ins, and interior shelving. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills, be organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused. In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. With a base salary and performance bonuses, this position will easily pay $70K - $80K per year.....and could be more. (In certain circumstances, could also include furniture design/sales.) Help oversee construction activities on tile installation, shelving, built-ins, etc. Help our high-end clients with interior design on their beautiful new custom homes you can be proud of.
