Luxury Interior Design Professional

Hearthstone Luxury Homes seeks a highly skilled Luxury Interior Design Professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your creativity and expertise in interior design to deliver exceptional results for our clients. This position involves working closely with our clients to understand their vision and preferences, and then using your knowledge of interior design principles to bring their dream home to life. You will have the opportunity to work on high-end custom homes, selecting all interior finishes, including cabinetry, countertops, tile, paint, flooring, lighting, built-ins, and interior shelving. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with clients, trade partners, and onsite workers will be essential in delivering high-quality results. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in new home interior design, a college education/degree, reliable transportation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD or similar software. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills, be organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused. In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
