Description: This is an incredible opportunity to work on a variety of design-driven residential projects in a collaborative studio. This is a full-time in-office position located in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage residential interior design projects from kickoff through installation • Develop unique ideas tailored to clients needs and project specifics • Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met • Source and specify high-end furnishings, fabrics, finishes, fixtures, etc. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience working in an interior design firm or related industry • Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects • Proficiency in project tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Familiarity with AutoCAD preferred • Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills and follow-through • Knowledge of furnishings, materials, showrooms, and the interior design process • Comfortable collaborating with a creative team and taking initiative
