Senior Interior Design Program Analyst
Overview Senior Interior Design Program Analyst at Grant Leading Technology, LLC. Remote with occasional travel as needed. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project oversight, client engagement, and commercial furniture/layout planning. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, budgets, scopes, and management plans • Prepare and deliver client project status briefings and presentations • Develop and maintain risk registers, change management plans, and action item tracker • Coordinate stakeholder communications, engagement meetings, and follow-ups • Manage drafting, coordinating, and securing approvals for responses to client requests • Document meeting minutes and track progress to completion • Support business process reengineering analysis and recommend operational improvements • Maintain collaboration platforms (SharePoint or equivalent) to ensure content accuracy and accessibility • Support requirements gathering and develop space planning deliverables (test-fits, concept layouts, furniture and finish selections) • Assist with multi-floor renovations, furniture layouts, and workplace design solutions • Conduct site surveys, including furniture, building assessments, and punch walks • Coordinate with client teams, architects, engineers, and furniture vendors to align project needs • Review and provide input on Design Intent Drawings (DIDs) and Construction Drawings (CDs) • Apply ADA/ABAA standards to test-fits and layouts • Assist with product and furniture installation oversight • Research design concepts, materials, and furnishings to support project development • Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants Qualifications and Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • Eight (8) or more years of combined experience in program/project management and/or commercial interior design • Strong knowledge of commercial furniture layouts, furnishings, and finishes • Proven ability to manage complex projects with competing priorities • Proficiency with MS Project and Adobe suite • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or equivalent design software • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proven problem-solving skills • Must live in the United States • Authorized to work in the United States with an ability to pass public trust clearance Preferred Skills • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or related project management certification • NCIDQ or LEED certification • Experience with Revit, Photoshop, or CAP2020 • Federal government and GSA project experience • Familiarity with Herman Miller, MillerKnoll, or OFS furniture systems About Grant Leading Technology
