Embark on an exciting journey as a Project Designer III, where you'll blend creativity with expertise in hospitality interior architecture and design. Your creativity will shine as you develop interior design concepts and schematics, bringing them to life through digital visual design presentations. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit - Experience with specification writing, Spexx, or similar software - Familiarity with finishes, materials, furnishings, and hospitality brand standards - Ability to transform data into engaging presentations for clients and hotel franchisors' design reviews - Strong organization, planning, and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Photoshop/InDesign - Aptitude for math and budgeting - Meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess - Effective collaboration within a dynamic team environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to build successful relationships with teammates, product vendors, and clients - Expertise in detailing (cabinetry/millwork/custom or thematic elements) - Experience in selecting and specifying lighting, furnishings, hardware, floor/window coverings, materials, and finishes - Ability to handle quotes, proposals, budgets, purchase orders, and the purchasing process efficiently - Capability to lead or manage a project with minimal guidance - Willingness to train and lead other team members in Project Designer I or II positions - Commitment to fostering a strong, positive office culture and supporting leadership and initiatives • *Education/Experience:** If you're ready to make your mark in the world of hospitality design, we invite you to apply and embark on an exciting career journey with us.
