Experienced Interior Architect 7+ years in High End Residential

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Interior Architect specializing in high-end residential projects, based in San Francisco, CA. Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Architecture for high-end residential design, creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing designsExpertise in AutoCAD and using it to create large sets of construction drawings and documentation, from beginning to end, including the revision and SK process. Sketchup knowledge is a plus.Expertise in residential building code requirementsExperience in Construction Administration, interfacing with the general contractor and sub contractors to problem solve and be responsive to questionsStrong project management and organization skills, and ability to work in tools such as Asana and Google Docs, Sheets, and Figma, efficiently.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field7+ years of professional experience in high-end residential interior architecture or designExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearlyPassion for creating inclusive and empathetic designs that reflect client identity and values - you live and breathe design
