As a Lifestyle Design Center Manager at Fischer Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifestyle design center and leading a team dedicated to assisting homebuyers in selecting the design finishes for their new homes. In this position, you will engage with customers, guiding them through the design center appointments and ensuring that their selections align with their expectations. As a Senior Residential Designer, you will collaborate in both the design and improvement of the home design collections that Fischer Homes offers. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Architectural Design Team in developing new designs and the ongoing efforts to provide the home designs and features homebuyers are looking for. • Review construction documents of new and updated home designs and verify initial design intent of livability and construction efficiency • Develop preliminary conceptual designs for the programs presented by the Architectural Design Manager and prepare them for the production design phase.
