About this role

About the position As a Lifestyle Design Center Manager at Fischer Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifestyle design center and leading a team dedicated to assisting homebuyers in selecting the design finishes for their new homes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the design selection process, which is a crucial part of the home buying journey. You will play a key role in helping customers realize their vision for their homes while also coaching your team to deliver the same level of service and satisfaction. In this position, you will engage with customers, guiding them through the design center appointments and ensuring that their selections align with their expectations. You will be tasked with tracking and monitoring the sale-to-start processes, conducting weekly meetings with internal departments to prioritize appointments, and ensuring that all selection sheets are error-free and clearly communicate customer desires. Your ability to follow up with customers, Sales Counselors, and Divisions will be essential in maintaining accuracy and timeliness in the selection and sign-off processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with Division Managers and Sales Managers to design speculative inventory homes, utilizing your research on current design trends to create appealing options for various communities and home plans. Training sales teams on product knowledge and new offerings will also be a part of your responsibilities, ensuring that customers are well-informed throughout their home-buying experience. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. , • Mid-level experience in sales or interior design. , • Strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality. , • Ability to improve processes and ensure accuracy and consistency in work.
