Procurement & Vendor Management • Manage relationships with our vendor network to obtain pricing, product specifications, lead times, and availability. • Negotiate pricing and terms when needed. • Maintain accurate vendor contact and product information in Design Manager. Issue Resolution • Manage issues such as shortages, wrong items, and damaged items in shipping or delivery, including claims and replacement coordination.

Job Desciption: • Gathering pricing & preparing client proposals • Ordering and tracking furniture, fabrics & finishes • Managing spreadsheets and keeping records accurate • Following up with vendors and manufacturers (lead times, finishes, missing items) • Overseeing final close-out after installs (replacements, repairs, missing items) • Coordinating deliveries and managing inventory • This is a part-time position, 25-30 hours a week that could lead into a full time position. Ficarra Design Associates, an award winning, luxury Interior Design firm in Naples, is seeking a creative Senior Designer to join our design team. Eligible candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in high-end residential design that includes ground up construction and full-scale renovations. Working with the Principal, and other designers, the Senior Designer is a key creative contributor to all phases of our projects. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be a proactive self-starter who is goal and detail-oriented, have strong communication and management skills, be a team player who loves to collaborate but also works independently when needed.
