Facility Designs

SUMMARY Responsible for providing CAD expertise and proficiency in all company computer software programs, particularly CAD and CAP Studio. Other duties may be assigned.♦ Communicates effectively with Account Executive and clients to determine architectural preferences, purpose and function of environment, budget, types of construction, equipment to be installed and other factors which affect planning interior environments. ♦ Renders design ideas in form of CAD drawings, 3-D or elevations, estimates material requirements and costs, and presents design to House Account Executive, Account Executive and/or client for approval. or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
