The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in both hotel and restaurant designs and will be able to lead from conceptualization to production.This position reports to Principal in charge of interiors and will have 1-2 direct reports.Requirements:15+ years of experience with hotel and restaurant interior design.Ability to lead a team of juniors and other associates.Can draw and understand both CAD and Revit-- Ability to produce drawings and add/edit drawings.Ability to conceptualize a restaurant look and theme, select finishes, furniture, equipment and accessories.Broad understanding of how things are built at an architecture level.Excellent communication skills to meet with clients extensively, working with architects, project managers and QA/QC.Ability to market and win work.

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Interior Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. 4-6 years of professional experience in commercial interior design, with a preference for corporate projects. Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; experience with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus. Strong knowledge of commercial design principles, codes, and regulations. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
