As a Mid-Level Interior Designer at Duet Design Group, your primary role is to support the design team in executing high-end residential and hospitality projects. You will collaborate closely with Senior Designers and the Principal, focusing on producing design deliverables, managing documentation, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Design Collaboration: • Work under the guidance of Senior Designers to execute assigned tasks, including space planning, material selection, and design documentation. Team Collaboration • Work effectively with Senior Designers and the Principal to meet project deadlines. • Accountability: While the Senior Designer is accountable for all project documentation, the Mid-Level Designer focuses on supporting documentation and task execution.

As a Senior Interior Designer at Duet Design Group, you will be pivotal in leading high-end residential and hospitality design projects from concept to completion. This position requires mastery of the Duet Design Group (DDG) design process, accountability for design documentation, and leadership in mentoring Junior Designers and Interns. This position emphasizes technical proficiency, leadership, and collaborative design while maintaining a client-focused approach. You will be accountable for producing accurate, timely, and high-quality design documentation while ensuring alignment with DDG’s vision and client expectations. • Lead the production of specification binders, design detail drawings, and documentation uploads for contractor collaboration.
