You’ll be responsible for the daily coordination of internal team design efforts into the drawings and specifications, including communication and coordination with consultants. Core Responsibilities and Expectations: • Collaborate in a studio environment without supervision • Produce full set of contract documents from Programming to CD Phase • Support Project Manager in establishing and maintaining design fees and project schedule • Oversee construction administration efforts, including shop drawing and submittal reviews, responding to contractor RFI's, and providing ASI’s • Lead multiple projects simultaneously • Coordinate and run project related meetings with consultants • Identify and leverage core skills and areas of interest for staff, providing opportunities for growth and development amongst the team • Mentor and develop junior team members Together the Areté Collective and Denton House Design Studio team members have contributed to the successful development of some of the world’s premier master-planned communities.
