We seek a junior interior designer to support a multi-disciplinary team on hospitality, commercial, and multifamily projects. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience from concept to execution under supervision. The candidate should have a 4-year interior design degree (preferred), 1 year firm experience, and be proficient in Revit or CAD, plus Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

In addition, this role will directly manage and mentor senior design leadership, including Design Directors, while providing overarching guidance, structure, and accountability across the broader design team.
