Budget Management • Collaborate with estimators and project directors to ensure design solutions meet project budget goals. • Ensure all documentation is consistent with CQC’s quality standards and workflows. Coordinate and attend client off-site meetings to select product specifications for each project including design, colors, and finishes, etc. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in interior design and/or interior architecture, preferred Conceptual thinker with solid technical skills (design and drawing) Strong product knowledge of all interior and exterior products Ability to cross reference product information & specifications to ensure compatibility Soft skills: attention to detail, motivated and self-initiated, solid communication skills, organization and ability to document, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The Designer at CQC Home plays a pivotal role in shaping the client experience and delivering high-quality, thoughtful, and functional design solutions for residential remodeling projects. This individual leads the creative and logistical aspects of the design process—from concept development through construction documentation and final selections—while ensuring alignment with the client's vision, project budget, and CQC’s construction standards. • Facilitate design meetings, presentations, and material reviews.
