A prestigious Manhattan-based investment firm is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Administrative Services division as a Workplace Strategy and Interior Planning Specialist. This individual will play a key role in shaping, organizing, and scaling the company’s physical office environments. This opportunity offers meaningful work within a collaborative and inclusive team setting. • Lead initiatives related to space design and planning, ensure compliance with internal workspace standards, manage office enhancements and expansion efforts, and maintain up-to-date records within the firm’s space management platform. • Eight to ten years of experience in space design, interior planning, workplace programming, facility planning, or project management.

We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our growing, fast-paced, high-end custom homes design team client. Must live within a reasonable commute distance of the Conway, NH area. Working from home is an option, but must be able to make site visits and in-person meetings as required in the area. Must have an eye for quality design, strong communication, problem-solving and industry software (i.e., Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office) skills. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and an NCIDQ certificate or someone who is pursuing certification with a minimum of three years of creative and innovative experience with custom residential projects is required.
