Primary Responsibilities • Assist team members by providing technical direction, including but not limited to, building code assessment, life safety code assessment, and overall building construction typology and detailing • Assist Team Leads and project leadership in the design and production of architectural projects from preparation of design concepts and development, construction documentation, to include specifications, materials, color, and equipment as required by the project scope. • Assist the Team Lead in the Quality Assurance process through review and redlining of drawings and documents produced by others throughout the course of the project, and coordinate with the Quality Control reviewer(s) to ensure document updates and corrections are completed. Use independent judgement to create complete architectural construction drawings by using CAD and Revit software Prepare all drawings in compliance with company drawing and CAD standards Delegate and coordinate work with designers and lead designers We develop and inspire our Senior Designers through training and coaching on the job.

The Designer position requires basic knowledge of graphics and basic drafting techniques, Architectural drawings sets, computer-aided design (CAD/BIM), and will begin/continue developing knowledge to read and understand construction documents. Primary Responsibilities Gain experience and knowledge in all facets of Architectural Design in both field and office settings including existing building surveying, construction documentation/design, and construction administration. Be purposeful in recognizing the opportunity to learn and build knowledge based on drawing updates/changes. Criminal background checks and drug/alcohol checks are required.

At CESO, a Senior Designer is responsible for developing designs for complete architectural building projects, including coordination of complex civil, mechanical, or electrical systems. Draw detailed scale plans for structures, installations, and construction projects based on preliminary concepts, sketches, design guidelines, and data from architects, project managers, etc. Design schematic concepts in conjunction with client programs. Mentor and motivate team members through creating a positive work environment, providing coaching and training. We invest in our Senior Designers through ongoing training and coaching.
