You should be able to work independently or as part of a small team, depending on the project's scale.

Boulo is helping our client, a high-end residential construction firm in Homewood, as they search for an Interior Architect to join their team. Responsibilities of the Interior Architect: • Client Consultation - Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for their residential project; Provide professional advice on design concepts, space planning, and architectural styles collaborating with Team. • Site Analysis - Conduct site visits to assess the physical characteristics and constraints of the property; Ensure the design complies with zoning laws, local building codes, and environmental regulations. • Collaboration with Contractors - Work closely with general Project Manager to ensure that designs are translated accurately during construction; Review construction progress and make adjustments to plans as needed. • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices.
