IN-OFFICE | FULL-TIME or PART-TIME Boulo is helping our client, a high-end residential construction firm in Homewood, as they search for an Interior and Architecture Designer to join their team. They are a quickly growing full-service firm comprised of an in-house design team, licensed contractors and a custom fabrication studio. By sharing a single-minded passion for working with new and historic homes, their work is founded on establishing a harmony between contemporary ambitions and longstanding traditions. Employment Type: Full or Part-Time Flexibility: In-office with flexible work culture Benefits: Offered with full time work Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 Responsibilities of the Interior and Architecture Designer: • Proficient with drawings utilizing Revit and/or CAD software • Assist lead designer with construction design selections • Communicate with client regarding design selections • Manage construction design budgets & allowances • Communicate with vendor partners to order & manage design materials for construction • Visit job sites on occasion to inventory & manage delivery of design materials • Maintain up to date information on client portal regarding construction design selections • Receive construction design materials at office and complete proper check-in procedures About Boulo: Don't let your job search end here.
