Job Description / Responsibilities: In your role, you will: Collaborate with designers to conduct mood image research for concept presentations and organize them into a presentation formatSupport designers in the selection of materials and handling sample requestsPrepare and label material boards for submissions to the clientCoordinate with suppliers and facilitate meetings, including those with potential new suppliers or updates to the libraryAssist designers in the selection of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)Contribute to the preparation of the specification documents during the Schematic and Detailed Design phasesOrganize and maintain the material library for easy accessibilityAssist designers in assigning specification codes on drawingsSupport designers in providing mark ups or information for the 3D visualization team or CAD drafting teamTreat all information, documents, and materials used with professional level of confidentiality.Qualifications:

Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in Interior Design • Experience in Hotel & F&B sectors is an advantage • Extensive experience in collaboration with FF&E vendors and manufacturers during the sourcing, procurement, production, and delivery phases of projects • Passion for design and all aspects of creativity • Attention to detail • Eagerness to learn • Good client-facing and presentation skills • Knowledge of CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp • International experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

You will coordinate with our dedicated design production team to ensure the successful execution of each project. Your contributions will include assisting in the development of the creative and aesthetic direction, spatial planning, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and material selections, as well as overseeing the creation of high-quality CGI visuals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in client meetings, engaging in creative conversations and presentations that showcase our design vision. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the interior design field, particularly in the hospitality sector. Job Description / Responsibilities: • You will collaborate with the Design Director and/or Senior Designer on the creative development of projects, and assist to complete tasks in all phases of the project, from Concept, Schematic, and Detailed design phases, through to Completion • You will coordinate with the dedicated design production team on a successful completion of a project • You will assist in the development the creative and aesthetic direction, spatial planning, FF&E and material selections, assist with overseeing the development of high-quality CGI visuals, and follow brief for preparation of drawings packages and specification sheets • You will participate in Client meetings and creative conversation and presentations Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in Interior Design • Experience in Hotel & F&B sectors is a plus • Passion for design and all aspects of creativity • Interest in focusing on Hospitality Design • Eagerness to learn and grow • Reliability, proactivity, problem-solving attitude, attention to detail • Good client-facing and presentation skills • Knowledge of CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp • International experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time
