Job Description / Responsibilities: In your role, you will: Collaborate with designers to conduct mood image research for concept presentations and organize them into a presentation formatSupport designers in the selection of materials and handling sample requestsPrepare and label material boards for submissions to the clientCoordinate with suppliers and facilitate meetings, including those with potential new suppliers or updates to the libraryAssist designers in the selection of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)Contribute to the preparation of the specification documents during the Schematic and Detailed Design phasesOrganize and maintain the material library for easy accessibilityAssist designers in assigning specification codes on drawingsSupport designers in providing mark ups or information for the 3D visualization team or CAD drafting teamTreat all information, documents, and materials used with professional level of confidentiality.Qualifications: Study of Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture in their final or pen-ultimate year of studyPassion for design and all aspects of creativityEagerness to learnOrganizational skillsTeam spiritKnowledge of CAD, Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUpPrevious work experience is a plusApplication Process: If this opportunity sounds like the right fit for you, please reply to this opening via Indeed, attaching your CV, portfolio, and motivational letter explaining why you are the right candidate for this opportunity.
