Qualifications & Core Skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in high-end hospitality design, with a proven record of creative leadership within interior design and/or architectural firms • Exceptional conceptual and design development skills, with the ability to provide visionary direction and constructive critique to elevate teamwork • Keen eye for detail, composition, color, and materials, with a deep understanding of how spatial storytelling enhances the guest experience • Experience guiding junior designers, fostering creativity, growth, and design excellence across all phases of a project • Strong communication and presentation abilities, serving as a confident liaison between clients, consultants, and project teams • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, grounded in trust, collaboration, and design innovation • Proactive leadership mindset with the ability to balance creativity, budgets, and timelines to achieve exceptional results • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
