Job Overview: High -end Residential/Commercial design firm Barclay Butera in Park City has a great opportunity for an experienced interior design with remodeling and new building experience. Ideal candidate has at least 3 years experience in the field, great organizational skills, knows how to prioritize, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and works well with others. Duties: - Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget - Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings - Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution - Oversee the installation process and ensure that the design is implemented accurately - Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate them into your work Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and SketchUp - Knowledge of color theory and lighting design principles - Strong sales skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs - Revit 2 years -Interior Design: 2+ years at Residential Interior Design firm
