CAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Microsoft suite required Duties: - Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget - Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings - Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution - Oversee the installation process and ensure that the design is implemented accurately - Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate them into your work Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and SketchUp - Knowledge of color theory and lighting design principles - Strong sales skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs - Revit 2 years -AutoCAD: 2 years -Interior Design: 2+ years at Residential Interior Design firm If you are a passionate Interior Designer with a keen eye for detail and a talent for creating beautiful spaces, we would love to hear from you.
