Job Overview: High -end Residential/Commercial design firm Barclay Butera in Park City has a great opportunity for an experienced interior design with remodeling and new building experience. Ideal candidate has at least 3 years experience in the field, great organizational skills, knows how to prioritize, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and works well with others. Knowledge of auto... CAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator, Microsoft suite required Duties: - Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget - Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings - Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution - Oversee the installation process and ensure that the design is implemented accurately - Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate them into your work Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field - Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and SketchUp - Knowledge of color theory and lighting design principles - Strong sales skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs - Revit 2 years -AutoCAD: 2 years -Interior Design: 2+ years at Residential Interior Design firm If you are a passionate Interior Designer with a keen eye for detail and a talent for creating beautiful spaces, we would love to hear from you.
