We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Interior Designer & Project Manager to oversee design projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities • Design leadership: Develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with client vision, brand identity, and functional requirements. Work Environment • Full-time on-site role located at our Marietta, GA, office with regular site visits. Established in 2014 and based in Marietta, GA, the company specializes in multifamily, private club, and senior living design. With a team of experienced designers, interior architects, and purchasing agents, Banko Design offers seamless management of projects from concept through FF&E purchasing and installation.

Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 5 years of professional experience in high end residential, commercial, or hospitality design. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design portfolio, proven project management skills, and the ability to translate client visions into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience. A Lead Interior Designer will work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team. In addition to managing your own project and team, you will be the day-to-day contact for clients.
